The safety of facility users and Virginia Peninsulas Public Service Authority (VPPSA) employees is of prime importance and these operating rules have been developed with this consideration.
- Smoking is not permitted on site except in personal vehicles.
- Alcoholic beverages are not permitted on site.
- All scavenging is prohibited.
Except as specifically directed by the site attendant, all material delivered to the site must be placed in a compactor or in one of the containers at the facility.
